We currently ship orders within India only.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 4–6 business days from the date of purchase.
Upon placing an order, you will receive an estimated shipping and delivery timeframe.


2. Handling and Transit Times

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days

  • Transit Time (Domestic): 3–5 business days

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 9:00 A.M. (Indian Standard Time)

In the event of any delay due to logistics, supply issues, or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly with an updated timeline.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Shipping: Free for all orders across India.

  • Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • All displayed shipping charges are final and inclusive of applicable taxes.


4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, Karat Kings shall not be held liable for any resulting loss or non-delivery.
Re-shipment may be subject to additional delivery charges.


5. General Provisions

All orders are subject to stock availability.
We make every effort to maintain accurate inventory on our Website; however, occasional discrepancies may occur.

In such cases:

  • Available items will be fulfilled first.

  • For prepaid orders, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to wait for restock or choose an alternative product.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a similar or substitute product may be shipped if the original item is unavailable.


6. Delivery Terms

6.1 Domestic Transit Time

Domestic shipments are generally in transit for 2–7 business days, depending on courier performance and destination.

6.2 International Shipping

At present, international shipping is not available.
If introduced in the future, estimated transit times will vary between 4–22 business days, depending on the courier and destination.

6.3 Dispatch Schedule

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days of confirmed payment.
Our warehouse operates Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays.
Orders placed on holidays will be processed on the next working day.

6.4 Change of Delivery Address

Requests to change the delivery address are accepted only prior to dispatch.
Once the order has shipped, address changes cannot be accommodated.

6.5 P.O. Box Deliveries

Shipments to P.O. Box addresses are serviced only via postal delivery. Courier partners may not support such locations.

6.6 Military Address Deliveries

We regret to inform that shipping to military addresses is not available.

6.7 Delivery Time Exceeded

If your delivery exceeds the estimated timeline, please contact our Customer Service team so that we may initiate an investigation with the courier.


7. Tracking and Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
This link allows you to monitor the real-time status and movement of your shipment based on courier updates.


8. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • You are advised to reject the delivery and immediately notify both the courier service and Karat Kings Customer Support.

  • If the parcel is delivered in your absence, please contact the courier’s customer service within 24 hours to report the damage and request assistance.


9. Duties and Taxes

All prices displayed on https://karatkings.com are inclusive of applicable sales taxes.
No additional customs or duties will be charged for domestic orders.


10. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so before the order is dispatched.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed.

11. Insurance and Claims

11.1 Parcel Insurance

All parcels are insured for loss or damage up to the value declared by the courier.

11.2 Damaged Parcels

Refunds or replacements will be processed after the courier has completed their investigation and confirmed the damage.

11.3 Lost Parcels

In the event of a lost shipment, a refund or replacement will be issued once the courier confirms the parcel as lost.


12. Returns and Change of Mind

12.1 Change of Mind Before Dispatch

Return requests due to a change of mind are accepted only before dispatch.
If the product has already been shipped, you may refuse the delivery upon arrival. Once delivered, cancellation or return cannot be processed from our end.

12.2 Warranty Claims

Karat Kings does not offer warranty claims on any products sold through the Website.
